Write and Spell 100 Numbers · last updated

1. Summary

Write and Spell 100 Numbers (“the app”) is a free educational app that helps children practice writing and spelling numbers from 1 to 100. It is published by Cool App Helpdesk.

2. Data we collect

None. Write and Spell 100 Numbers does not collect personal data, telemetry, identifiers, device information, IP addresses, or usage analytics. There are no user accounts and the developer operates no servers that the app communicates with.

The advertising SDK (AdMob) does collect certain data as described in section 5.

4. Permissions used

The app declares no Android permissions in its own manifest. However, the AdMob SDK merges the INTERNET permission via its own manifest, which is required to load advertisements. Android considers INTERNET a normal permission — it is granted automatically and cannot be revoked.

The app does not request location, contacts, storage, microphone, camera, phone state, or any other sensitive permission.

5. Network activity and third parties

The app communicates with Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob is an advertising platform provided by Google LLC.

AdMob may collect the following information to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance:

The app is configured to serve non-personalized ads in compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements for child-directed content.

For more information about how Google uses data, see the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob Data Safety FAQ.

There are no other third-party SDKs. No analytics, crash-reporting, social, or attribution SDKs are included.

6. Children’s privacy

Write and Spell 100 Numbers is designed for young children. The developer collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob configured for non-personalized ads with COPPA treatment enabled. This means AdMob will not serve personalized or behavioral ads, and will not use children’s data for ad profiling or remarketing.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR’s provisions for children (GDPR-K). There is no profile, no account, no chat, and no in-app purchases.

Parents who have questions about their child’s privacy can contact us at coolapphelpdesk@gmail.com.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because the developer collects nothing, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To remove locally stored app preferences, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings → Apps → Write and Spell 100 Numbers → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

Data collected by AdMob is governed by Google’s own data retention policies. Refer to the Google Privacy Policy for details.

8. Security

The app stores no personal data and communicates only with Google AdMob for ad serving. Network requests are made over HTTPS. App data is held in the app’s private storage, protected by Android’s built-in application sandboxing. The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, which verifies the developer signing key on every update.

9. Changes to this policy

If any material aspect of how the app handles data ever changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will be bumped. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
