1. Summary
LocaPlus (“the app”) is a rental property management application published by Cool App Helpdesk. It helps landlords and property managers track properties, tenants, contracts, and payments.
- The app collects no personal data and operates no servers.
- All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to the developer or any third party.
- The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDKs.
2. Data we collect
None. LocaPlus does not collect personal data, telemetry, identifiers, device information, IP addresses, advertising IDs, or usage analytics. There are no user accounts and the developer operates no servers that the app communicates with.
3. Data stored on your device
All data you enter into the app is stored exclusively in a local Room database on your device. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly share a receipt or photo through Android’s system share sheet.

You can revoke any permission at any time in Android Settings → Apps → LocaPlus → Permissions.
5. Network activity and third parties
LocaPlus is primarily an offline application. The app declares the INTERNET permission for future cloud backup features, but in the current version it makes no network connections to any servers.
The app contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no social or attribution SDKs. All third-party libraries used (Room, iText7, CameraX, ZXing, MPAndroidChart, Coil) operate entirely on-device and do not transmit data.
When you share a receipt or photo via the system share sheet, the app passes a local file URI to the app you choose. The developer does not see what you share.
6. Children’s privacy
The app is intended for adults (property managers and landlords) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — and, as noted above, we collect no information from anyone.
7. Data retention and deletion
All data you enter into LocaPlus remains on your device until you delete it inside the app (properties, tenants, contracts, payments, and photos can be individually removed), clear the app’s storage in Android Settings → Apps → LocaPlus → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
Generated PDF receipts and exported files can be deleted manually through your device’s file manager.
8. Security
App data is held in the app’s private storage, protected by Android’s built-in application sandboxing. The Room database is stored in the app’s private directory and is not accessible to other apps. The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, which verifies the developer signing key on every update.
9. Changes to this policy
If any material aspect of how the app handles data ever changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will be bumped. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
