Voice Recorder Audio Editor (“the app”) is an audio recorder and editor published by Cool App Helpdesk. It records, edits, converts, and exports audio files.
- Your audio recordings and edited files are processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
- The app contains non-intrusive advertising via Google AdMob.
- The app does not collect personal data beyond the advertising ID collected by AdMob.
2. Data we collect
The app itself does not collect personal data. However, the Google AdMob SDK integrated in the app may collect certain information:

3. Data stored on your device
All audio recordings, edits, and exports remain exclusively on your device. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly share a file through Android’s system share sheet.

5. Network activity and third parties
All audio recording and editing happens on-device. The app integrates Google AdMob for non-intrusive advertising. AdMob may collect device information, advertising IDs, and IP addresses to serve ads. This data is managed by Google and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no social or attribution SDKs. All other libraries operate entirely on-device and do not transmit data.
When you share an audio file via the system share sheet, the app passes a local file URI to the app you choose. The developer does not see what you share.
6. Children’s privacy
The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data retention and deletion
All data you create in Voice Recorder Audio Editor remains on your device until you delete it inside the app, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings → Apps → Voice Recorder Audio Editor → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
Recordings and exported files can be deleted manually through your device’s file manager.
8. Security
App data is held in the app’s private storage, protected by Android’s built-in application sandboxing. The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, which verifies the developer signing key on every update.
9. Changes to this policy
If any material aspect of how the app handles data ever changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will be bumped. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
