1. Summary
100 Numbers (“the app”) is a free offline learning app that helps young children count from 1 to 100. It is published by Cool App Helpdesk.
- The app collects no personal data.
- The app declares zero Android permissions and cannot access the network, files, location, camera, or microphone.
- The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs.
2. Data we collect
None. 100 Numbers does not collect personal data, telemetry, identifiers, device information, IP addresses, advertising IDs, or usage analytics. There are no user accounts and no servers operated by the developer.
3. Data stored on your device
The app stores exactly one piece of information locally: the language you choose from the in-app picker (one of en, fr, es, zh, ru). It is saved in the app’s private SharedPreferences and never leaves the device.
| Item | Where | Sent off device? |
|---|---|---|
| Chosen UI language | App-private SharedPreferences | Never |
| Anything else | — | N/A — not collected |
4. Permissions used
None. The app’s AndroidManifest.xml contains no <uses-permission> entries. The operating system therefore prevents it from accessing the network, photos, contacts, location, microphone, camera, or files.
5. Network activity and third parties
The app does not request the INTERNET permission, so Android blocks it from making any network connection by design. Number-pronunciation audio is bundled inside the app as MP3 resources and played locally. The app contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no social or attribution SDKs.
6. Children’s privacy
100 Numbers is designed for young children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR’s provisions for children by the simplest means available: we collect no personal information from anyone, including children. There is no profile, no account, no chat, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To remove the locally stored language preference, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings → Apps → 100 Numbers → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
8. Security
The app holds no personal data and makes no network requests, so the privacy attack surface is essentially zero. The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, which verifies the developer signing key on every update.
9. Changes to this policy
If any material aspect of how the app handles data ever changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will be bumped. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
